Connecting creators and brands on a single marketplace
YouTube Studio engaged us to bring BrandConnect, a platform connecting creators and brands, to mobile. I led a team of designers and strategists with an initial mandate to translate the desktop experience to native, but early discovery revealed a deeper issue: creators lacked trust in brand partnerships, and most workflows still lived on desktop. I worked closely with YouTube partners to reframe the problem, aligning on an opportunity to elevate the experience across both mobile and desktop. Through focused design sprints and close collaboration, we redefined the creator journey around clear next steps, real-time campaign status, and transparent revenue—delivering a more aligned, creator-first experience that went beyond the original scope.
