Re-engineering the face of T-Mobile
I led the reimagining of T-Life Home, the front door of T-Mobile’s new super app unifying 124 products and features under a single experience. The mandate was to help customers get to what matters faster while laying the groundwork for predictive, contextual experiences powered by machine learning. I helped define the north star for Home and guided the team over six months of iteration to evolve it into a flexible, intelligent surface. We designed a smarter engine to power content prioritization, alerts, and personalized offers, and delivered three complementary home experiences—a traditional feed, a product and services dashboard, and an AI-powered assistant—giving users multiple paths to value while positioning T-Mobile for the future of adaptive digital experiences.
