I led the creation, optimization, and maintenance of Arrow, T-Mobile’s design system, to unify a fragmented digital ecosystem and improve speed, quality, and consistency at scale. In close partnership with design and engineering, we consolidated five disparate systems into a single, flexible foundation now powering web, app, and employee experiences across the company. I defined Arrow’s architecture, governance, and expressive language—balancing brand consistency with the flexibility needed to support over 120 teams and future subsidiary brands. Built from a shared library of atoms, components, and patterns, Arrow scales across use cases from marketing and commerce to complex support tools, with accessibility and legal considerations built in. Today, Arrow underpins T-Mobile’s digital experience, enabling teams to ship faster while maintaining a unified, high-quality brand presence.
